Users can directly save personal or institutional sensitive data (such as medical records, legal documents) in the Wallet without relying on traditional servers, ensuring protection against censorship and data loss risks. This feature is currently being piloted in some medical and government projects, receiving widespread attention. Magmar stated that the concept behind this feature is "to make the Wallet the full custodian of digital assets," not limited to financial assets but also including important data. This marks a shift in Filecoin's application scenarios from static storage to more diverse on-chain services.
