ai16z is a permissionless DAO, consisting of $ai16z and $degenai elizaOS is an open-source AI agent framework Eliza Labs is responsible for building elizaOS ELIZA token is operated by an independent team, recognized but not an official project
Shaw specifically emphasized that DAO is permissionless because it is launched fairly without any entity and without team allocation, venture capital, or anything else. While endorsing and supporting the ELIZA token project, it is a different team from ai16z. Shaw stated that this clarification is issued to avoid confusion in the community, and there have been no changes to the project itself.
