According to BlockBeats news on June 17, monitoring by PI Shield revealed a serious vulnerability in the Meta Pool staking contract, allowing users to mint mpETH for free. This specific transaction minted over 9,700 mpETH (approximately 27 million USD) for free, but due to the low liquidity of mpETH, the actual profit was only about 10 ETH.
